Discord surface openThe community exists on Discord. Members may send GIFs, produce visible activity, or remain present without speaking. Every channel defines what can pass through it.

The server currently has no stable active member group. This record describes the system that is already present, without simulating a crowd around it. A member can contribute, observe, leave, return, or remain in the AFK complex.

Every channel is a frame. A GIF is checked for frame alignment and sequence alignment. The sender is never rated. Misaligned objects leave the archive; the person remains outside the judgment.

Four GIF signals preserved outside the Discord interface. Each object remains connected to its Tenor source and, where one exists, to the track it generated inside tgr.circuit.
how a GIF enters
Existing GIFs can be sent immediately through Discord search or a direct Tenor link. Members can also create and upload their own Rules or other GIFs. Rules GIFs are the primary frame. Creation is the community’s generative purpose, not a prerequisite for participation.
A location role grants permission to send inside one selected channel.
Choose an existing GIF through Discord search — currently Klipy — or paste a direct Tenor link. Creating a new object is optional.
Send the GIF inside the matching channel. A member-made GIF enters through the same route after upload to the member’s own Tenor profile.
A GIF may inspire a song, Rule card, channel or permanent law. It enters the canon through curatorial adoption — or by staying long enough to become part of the structure.
No location role means no sending. A member claims the place they intend to use; the permission opens only that channel. The object may come from Discord search, a direct Tenor link or the member’s own Tenor profile. More than seventy self roles provide temporary rule identities beside this spatial system.
verification corridor / AFK complex
New members cross a reaction-role corridor. After roughly one week, role 941 changes the spawn point. The AFK complex holds members who want to remain without active participation. It is not an exit state.
`007` remains a structural record. Membership, reactions, GIF sequences and temporary access states continue on the server itself.
